Room check-in at 1 pm, check-out Sunday by 11 am
Event Room: opens 10 am Thursday, must be out by Sunday 4 pm.
Note: Event room closes at 11:30 pm each evening, is locked and reopens at 7 in the am
Fee Includes: Room, Hotel Breakfast 7-10 am, Thursday Dinner (Soup/Sandwiches), Saturday Dinner (Pizza), 8 ft table, Wi-Fi, Goodie Bag, creative inspiration, Coffee, hot water, ice. Fun and Games for product credit. Bring $$$ for extra chances to win.
There is a Restaurant/Bar in the Hotel. Other eateries, grocery/Drug stores are nearby. Beverages on your own (Only Alcohol from Bar allowed in event room).
BRING: Along with your supplies, bring your own power cord, power strip, extension cord if electric is needed. Please bring headphones, earbuds etc. to listen to music, laptop, etc. A snack to share (Crock pots allowed).
Shopping: Cash and Carry Papercrafts and Close to my Heart Products will be available. If you would like something specific, please order on-line at Stampin4ever.closetomyheart.com. IMPORTANT FINE DETAILS:
Balance Due one month before retreat date. If not paid, you will forfeit your seat/room with no refund. Any fees for fund transfers, bounced checks, etc. are your responsibility. Payment in full by 3 months in advance will receive a Free $8 paper pack of your choice!
Impact of Cancellations: Please understand that if you cancel, your roommate may be responsible for payment. Please be considerate. However, we all know life can have disruptions…. in certain cases, and if space is available, you may be able to move deposits to future retreats.
Cancellation Policy:
With 60 days of event, Full refund less $20 cancellation fee.
Within 30 days, full refund less $40 Cancellation fee.
If you find someone to take your place, full refund less $10 fee.
Minimum of 10 rooms (20 people) must be filled to hold retreat. If the retreat must be cancelled for any reason, full refunds will be given less any fees incurred.

Cardstock Carnival Blog Hop

Technique Hop - Silver and Gold
#1. I started with a 3 x 12 inch strip of our new Adhesive sheets. Removed the backing on one side to reveal the sticky. Adhesive sheets Z5022
#2. Then I cut ½ x 12 inch strips from the foil paper and glitter cardstock.
#3. I adhered the strips to the adhesive horizontally, alternating each strip until I covered the whole adhesive panel. (cut off the excess to keep layering up the panel.)
#4 Carefully cut the panel into 2 = 3/4 x 12 inch strips and 2 = ½ x 12 inch strips.
#5. Now to the layout. I used a sheet of our retired Woodgrain paper (but we do have a new paper packet) (Wood grain X8028) layered a 9-1/4 x 9-1/4 piece of White Daisy (White Daisy 1385) in the center, put strips of the Holly and Ivy Bulk paper framing the layout and then put one of each of the metallic strips around the white daisy creating a double frame.
#6. I used items from my stash to embellish my photo and layout. I made sure to keep it simple as I wanted the photo to stand out as the metallics already catch your eye. I used more of the metallic papers to make the title.(Joy Z4397)(Peace Z3900)
